The Young Dreams Saturday program is designed to instill strong leadership qualities into young mean through character-building activities, mentorship, and community involvement.
They engage participants with community leaders and opportunities to learn about civic responsibility, leadership, and the importance of giving back.

The Henry County Board of Education on May 12 approved the final budget for the 2025-2026 school year, which includes an investment of $13,867 per student and raises the starting teacher salary to $53,910.
All student medications and/or supplies not picked up on, or by the end of the last day of school (Friday, May 23, 2025) will be discarded, per HCS policy*.
